Additional Change to closing date for representations to Sir John Chadwick's interim report

A fortnight ago I extended the time for comment on my Interim Report. This was so those who wished to make representations to me would have an opportunity to study the judgment of the Divisional Court in the judicial review proceedings brought against HM Treasury in relation to its Response to the Parliamentary Ombudsman's Report into the prudential regulation of Equitable Life. This judgment has been handed down today. I therefore think it appropriate to extend the time for comment on my Interim Report to Tuesday 27 October 2009.
